Opening Statement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdjji platform and all related services ("Services"). By starting to use the Services, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Services.

bdjji is committed to ensuring a safe, fair, and transparent environment at all times. These Terms clarify the rights and responsibilities of both users and the platform, and serve as the basis for resolving any disputes.

If bdjji's Terms are updated, the revised version will be published on this page. Continuing to use the Services after any changes indicates that you have accepted the new Terms.

To open an account and enjoy Services on the bdjji platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met.

1.1 Age Requirement

Only individuals aged 21 or older may open an account on bdjji. By registering, you confirm that you have legally reached the age to use this Service. bdjji may request proof of identity at any time to verify your age.

1.2 One Account Only

Each person may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts may be suspended or closed and bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.

1.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. If any personal details change, bdjji support must be notified immediately.

1.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Third-party use of your account is not permitted. If you believe your account is being used without authorization, notify our support team immediately.

• Operating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• Allowing others to use your account is not permitted.
• If suspicious activity is detected, bdjji may suspend the account immediately.
• Requests to close an account must be submitted through the support team.

All financial transactions on bdjji are processed through mobile banking methods available in Bangladesh. Please read the following terms carefully.

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdjji currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — BRAC Bank's mobile wallet service.
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.

2.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before initiating a withdrawal, you must ensure that your account is fully verified and that no bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled. bdjji reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in cases of unusual or suspicious transactions. Withdrawal requests will be processed through the same method used for the deposit.

2.4 Currency

All transactions on bdjji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in any other currency are not supported.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

bdjji offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, receiving a ৳1,000 bonus means a total of ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing.

3.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds may only be used on games approved by bdjji.
• While one bonus is active, no other bonus may be claimed unless otherwise specified.
• Funds deposited after claiming a bonus must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• bdjji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus, but current users will be notified in advance.
• If evidence of promotion code or bonus abuse is found, the bonus and associated winnings may be forfeited.

Regular players in the bdjji loyalty program can advance through five tiers. Each tier comes with weekly cashback and special benefits.

Advancing through VIP tiers depends on your regular activity. Contact the support team for details on tier changes. bdjji reserves the right to modify VIP program terms at any time.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

bdjji is committed to ensuring fair play. The outcome of every game on the platform is independent and there is no possibility of manipulation. The use of any form of cheating, bots, or automated software is prohibited.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Playing games artificially for the purpose of gaining bonus advantages.
• Any form of collusion or group cheating.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain unfair advantages.
• Using automated betting software or bots.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal activities.

5.3 Sports Betting

Various markets are available in bdjji's sports betting section. Please read the applicable specific rules before placing bets. bdjji reserves the right to void bets in cases of match-fixing or suspicious betting patterns.

6.1 Data Collection

• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal activity.

8.2 Account Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time. If the request is submitted through the support team, the account will be closed after all pending withdrawals have been processed.

8.3 After Account Closure

Once an account is closed, all associated bonuses will be cancelled. If a valid balance remains, an attempt will be made to return it via the registered payment method.

9.1 Complaints Process

9.2 Limitation of Liability

9.3 Force Majeure

bdjji will not be held liable if the Service is temporarily disrupted due to natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, in such situations, bdjji will make every effort to restore the Service as quickly as possible.

bdjji reserves the right to partially or fully modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email or via the platform in the case of significant changes. Continuing to use the Services after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

If any clause of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain in full effect. The Bengali version of these Terms will be considered the authoritative document.
